When purchasing or browsing from our Supreme Floors website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. All potential customers are required to read our terms and conditions before making an online order or a purchase over the phone.

 

 

1. DISPATCH POLICY

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

 

You are able to select your preferred delivery timescale when you purchase your choice of products. We will then call you to confirm that the timescale is possible, or to arrange an alternative date that is convenient to you. Please note that every effort will be made to meet the delivery times and dates required however no liability is accepted for any costs, expenses or damages arising from any delay.

 

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

 

Our goods should be installed ONLY by our authorised Installers.

 

If you detect any imperfections or damage please ensure you notify us immediately.  Whenever possible please photograph the damaged goods immediately and provide copies to us.

 

Also, we reserve the right to ask for digital pictures of our products showing manufacturing faults, installation faults or delivery damages.

 

 

2. PRICES

Our Price Quotation is inclusive of GST and installation charges unless specifically stated.

 

 

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing, by fax: 6555 4333 or by email:sales@supremefloors.com.sg. We will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods, less the cost incurred by us for collection and the deposit. All goods must be re-packed as they were received. 

 

 

4. PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Please check our Warranty Conditions under our Warranty Certificate.

 

 

5. COLORS

The colours of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. It should be noted that natural products will vary in terms of shading.

 

 

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

 

 

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree and acknowledge that all texts, graphics, photographs, copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property, material or content available within this website are owned by and shall remain the property of Supreme Lion Marketing Pte Ltd.

 

9. OTHER INFORMATION

The content of the web pages will be subjected to changes at no prior notice.

 

Any unauthorized use of this website; email spoofing, hacking usage of our email address may give rise to a claim for intellectual damagers and/ or be considered as a criminal offence. You may not create a irrelevant link to this website from another website without Supreme Floors authorisation or consent.
